4. SMS / MMS Text Messaging Communications

4.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from GA FILMZ, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us, including but not limited to: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, session updates, delivery notifications, and promotional or marketing messages related to our photography and videography services.

Your consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from GA FILMZ.

4.2 How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from GA FILMZ through any of the following methods:

By submitting your mobile number through our website contact or booking form and checking the SMS consent box;
By texting a designated keyword to our SMS short code or business number;
By verbally or in writing consenting during the booking or inquiry process.

4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with GA FILMZ and may include transactional messages (e.g., booking confirmations and reminders) as well as periodic promotional messages. You may receive up to approximately 4–6 messages per month, though frequency may be higher during active booking periods.

4.4 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from GA FILMZ at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing or promotional SMS/MMS messages will be sent to your number. You may still receive transactional messages necessary to fulfill an existing service contract unless you also request removal of such communications in writing.

4.6 Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. GA FILMZ is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to SMS/MMS communications. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Supported carriers include, but may not be limited to, all major U.S. carriers.

4.7 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We will not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose to any third party the mobile phone numbers you provide for SMS/MMS communications or your SMS opt-in status for the purpose of marketing by such third parties. This information will only be used by GA FILMZ and its authorized service providers (such as our SMS platform provider, RingCentral) solely to deliver SMS/MMS communications on our behalf.

5. Live Streaming and Third-Party Broadcast

5.1 Live Streaming Services
GA FILMZ may provide live streaming services for events such as weddings and special celebrations as specified in a Service Agreement. When live streaming is enabled, the video broadcast may capture the images, likenesses, and voices of all persons present at the event, including guests, family members, and other attendees, and transmit that footage in real time to remote viewers designated by the Client.

5.2 Client Responsibility to Notify Guests
When live streaming services are included, the Client is responsible for informing all event guests and attendees that live streaming will occur and that their likeness may be captured and broadcast in real time. GA FILMZ is not responsible for providing individual notice to event attendees or guests about live streaming.

5.3 Third-Party Viewer Redistribution
Once a live stream is broadcast over a third-party platform (such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or similar services), GA FILMZ has no control over how remote viewers may record, screenshot, share, or redistribute the live stream content. GA FILMZ is not responsible for any subsequent redistribution, sharing, or publication of live stream footage by third-party viewers. Clients and attendees acknowledge this inherent characteristic of live streaming technology.

5.4 Third-Party Streaming Platforms
Live streaming services may be delivered through third-party platforms. The privacy practices of those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies, which GA FILMZ does not control. Clients are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform used for their event’s live stream.

6. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, and delivering our services. These may include:

Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or similar platforms);
SMS and communications platforms (e.g., RingCentral);
Email marketing platforms;
Cloud storage and digital gallery delivery services;

6.3 Business Transfers
In the event that GA FILMZ, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Client booking and service records are typically retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with applicable business and tax recordkeeping requirements;
