Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings and 1-2 months for other events. Popular dates, especially during wedding season (May-October), fill up quickly. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when our schedule allows.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Tracy, California, and proudly serve Stockton, Modesto, Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Jose, Fremont, Oakland, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Silicon Valley, the entire Bay Area, and Los Angeles. We also travel for destination events.
How do i check your avalability?
Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email with your event date and details. We'll respond within 24 hours to let you know if we're available and provide more information about our services.
What happens if you're sick or unable to make it to my event?
We have a network of trusted professional photographers we can call upon in emergencies. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your booking, we will either provide a qualified replacement or offer a full refund.
Pricing & Packages
What are your prices?
Our pricing varies based on the type of event and coverage needed. Family sessions start at $350, event coverage at $500, wedding photography at $2,500, and wedding films at $3,000. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We understand that quality photography is an investment. We offer flexible payment plans for weddings and larger events. A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the event.
What's included in your packages?
All packages include pre-session consultation, professional editing, an online gallery for viewing and sharing, and high-resolution print-ready files. Specific inclusions vary by package type.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! Every celebration is unique, and we're happy to create a custom package tailored to your specific needs, timeline, and budget.
The Photo/Video Experience
How long until i recieve my photos?
You'll receive preview images within 48 hours of your session. Full galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions and 4-6 weeks for weddings. Wedding films may take 8-12 weeks depending on complexity.
How many photos will i recieve?
This varies by session type. Family sessions typically yield 50+ edited images, events 100+, and weddings 300+ images. We believe in quality over quantity — you'll receive all the best moments, professionally edited.
Can I choose which photos to edit?
We hand-select and edit the best images from your session. However, if there are specific moments you'd like included, we're happy to accommodate. For weddings, you'll receive all the key moments plus many candid shots.
Do you provide prints and albums?
Yes, we offer professional printing and custom album design services. We partner with top-quality labs to ensure your images look stunning in print. Album design consultations are included with wedding packages.
Before Your Session
What should we wear?
We provide styling guidance before your session! Generally, we recommend coordinated (not matching) outfits in solid colors or subtle patterns. Avoid logos and busy prints. Comfort is key — if you feel good, it shows in the photos.
What if it rains?
We always have a backup plan! For outdoor sessions, we can reschedule or move to an alternate location. Sometimes, overcast skies create the most beautiful, soft lighting. We'll discuss options before your session.
Can i bring my pet?
Yes! We love including furry family members in sessions. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We recommend having a helper available to manage your pet between shots.
